5-4-3-2-1 Challenge

A five step process to jumpstart some adventure in your life if you are feeling uninspired or ready for a change. All of the pictures below can be downloaded then used on your social media stories.

5 steps of the challenge.

Pick some of your favorite foods and find new ways to cook them or even make something you have never even tried before. Bonus points if you plan a dinner and feed other people.

Explore your area by trying new places you have never seen before. This could include museums, parks, lakes, stores, neighborhoods or anything else.

Food is always a fun way to explore your city. Make some reservations and get dressed up and eat some delicious food. Chat with the server or bartender to get recommendations on the best dishes to order.

Pick some areas of interest and read books related to those topics. You could even find a book club to meet other people reading the same book.
