Welcome to Vibrant Badass

I’m thrilled to have you here. The goal of Vibrant Badass is to help you add more fun and playfulness in your everyday life. The concept of this is to make small changes in your day that help you get towards the fullest version of yourself that exists. Things like taking some time to relax when you feel stressed, trying something new when you feel like you are stuck in a routine and giving yourself permission to dream about your deepest goals and desires. I believe everyone has some magic in them and the best thing you can do is embrace yours and show it to the world.

As a former anxious perfectionist, my whole life changed when I started opening up my schedule for fun things and learning how to let go of things out of my control. Once I started focusing on the positive things in my life, more positive things started happening. I try to find reasons to laugh every day and not take life too seriously. Vibrant Badass has turned into a lifestyle and I hope it will inspire you to create a vibrant life that you love and be the badass human that you are.
