Over the last few months, I did 100 days of adventure challenges. The idea was to inspire general ideas that anyone could implement into their everyday life with only a few minutes each day. If you missed it, here is a recap fo all 100 days! If you were following along, how are you feeling? Tell me some of your favorite days and tell me the ones that were the most challenging that you did anyways. Even tell me the ones you hated and wouldn’t want to do at all.

I know intentionally seeking out more everyday adventures in your life can be intimidating but it is also very exciting. The magic starts happening when doors open that you would never have dreamed about before this mindset shift.
After I started inviting adventure into my life, so much has happened! The last 100 days have been full of so many emotions across the full spectrum of the human experience. My husband and I moved to Florida after renovating and renting out our house. I have eaten some of the best food of my life and created memories that I will cherish for years to come.
I am excited to see what is in store for all of us this year. I can’t thank you enough for joining along for this ride together.
